How to Control the Ball After a Pass/Cross – Football Tutorial by freekickerz

Hi and welcome to a new video! My name is Konzi… …and my name is Marco. Today, we will show you how to control a ball out of the air. Enjoy the video! The first option is to control it with the inside. As usual you have to focus on the ball. Now, open your body towards the ball. Turn your foot to the outside at an ankle of 90 degrees. Lift up your foot towards the ball. Touch the ball with the inside of your foot. Now, drop your foot to absorb the power. If you want to control the ball with your laces frontally face the ball. Bend your knee at an an ankle of 90 degrees. Lock your ankle with your foot pointing to the front. Touch the ball between your toes and midfoot. Again, drop your foot to absorb the power. The most difficult option is the outside control. Face the ball and turn your body sidewards. Lift up your heel and turn your foot to the outside. Touch the ball short before your ankle. Again, drop your foot to absorb the power.
